We had such a wonderful experience during our family dinner, and a big part of that was because of our amazing server. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel so welcome. They were incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, making sure everyone at our table had everything we needed throughout the meal. Her friendly personality and genuine care made our dinner feel even more special. It’s not often you come across someone who goes above and beyond to make guests feel valued, but they certainly did. Thank you for your outstanding service and for helping create such a memorable evening for our family. We truly appreciate your kindness and can’t wait to come back! Thank you Sarah

Passed this place while shopping at Ocean County Mall. Browsed the menu online on my phone and I saw something that I thought I’d like so I took a chance and went in. This was the PF Changs off of Hooper Avenue by the mall. Nice people. Was greeted warmly by the hostess and my waitress Sarah was GREAT! She went above and beyond and even offered me a drink to go if I wanted. Plus the food was really good as was the item that I thought I’d enjoy which I did. Nice place, nice atmosphere and nice people who were friendly and attentive. Have a very positive opinion of this restaurant now. I’ll be back again someday. THANKS!

I’ve been coming here for 15 years today, I ordered a glass of red wine and when they brought it to me, it was oxidized and freezing cold. When I asked for a fresh glass, they said they couldn’t do that and then it has to be cold so we finished our appetizers and left. We’re going to go get dinner somewhere else. I’ll never return to another PF after this . Did I mention it’s 4th of July and only 5 customers in here . Unreal … Never again

Karen was absolutely fantastic!! Definitely recommend requesting her as your server as we most certainly will again! She & Joanne also made the dining experience extra special by bringing out a giant candle sparkler plus bubbles for my birthday dessert! Such a fun experience!! Definitely put a huge smile on my face! Thanks again Karen & Joanne!!
